Central Wyoming 4x4

Ok I finished my build about 3 months ago and have been wheeling as much as I can ever since. I built a mild truggy with 60/14 on 42 with a 350 on propane and a 700r4. I love this truck except it is CONSTANTLY over heating when driving down the road. I have checked my timing, I have changed to a bigger fan, i have tried running 2 different thermostats and a 1" restrictor as well as a 3/4" restrictor and no change. I cant drive more than 3 miles before the motor hits 250*. It is driving me nuts so here are some pictures as well as a link to the radiator i am running if anyone has any ideas i will try almost anything at this point. I am also running this fan

Ok I took some advice and am considering others. I did get a shroud built and still no noticeable change. Here are new pictures. Maybe this will spark new ideas. Thanks guys.
